This LuLaRoe Nursing Friendly Dress post was sponsored by Michelle Wheelis, but all opinions are my own.
For some strange reason, I’ve had the idea in my head that I can’t wear dresses while I’m nursing. I think I got that idea because all of the dresses I own are not nursing friendly. I actually tried wearing one of my dresses when Hudson was a baby and when I had to feed him it was a fiasco. I had a cousin message me a few days ago asking for some nursing friendly outfits for Sundays and that got me wanting to search for other nursing friendly dresses to break my bad habit of only wearing skirts and tops to church for the first year of my baby’s life.
Right around this time, Michelle reached out to me about reviewing some LuLaRoe pieces from her business. At first I was hesitant because I thought LuLaRoe was just leggings and some flowy dresses, but when I saw her wearing the Amelia dress backwards on her Instagram, I knew it would be the perfect LuLaRoe nursing friendly dress for any breastfeeding mama!
I looooove the print of the dress she sent me. I wasn’t too sure from the picture, but when it arrived I was head over heels. The pastels are so pretty and not over bearing, and I feel like a tropical princess or something! I cannot wait to wear this on our 5-year anniversary cruise to Mexico in May!
I also love that I can wear this dress two different ways. Wearing it backwards is totally fun with the high neckline and the zipper detail, and then I can turn it around when I’m done nursing so I can add a statement necklace. The fit is very flattering (I love a dress that can hide my hips and make my waist look smaller) and it has pockets. Come on!
Michelle was so great to work with and is being so generous! She’s offered to give away one of the Amelia dresses to one lucky girl so you can see how wonderful it is for yourself! (Or if you don’t love the Amelia dress, you can choose something else from her shop). You can enter below using the widget. The giveaway will run until Saturday, February 4 at midnight.
And if you don’t win, you can still contact Michelle for all of your LuLaRoe needs ([email protected]). She’s even adding a new skirt to her shop (I’ve seen a few sneak peeks and it is amazing!) so you’ll want to be in her Facebook group so you can snatch it when she gets it in stock.
