Yes, you can drink Gatorade while pregnant.
While it is generally considered a sports drink, it is safe to drink for non-athletes and even those who haven’t recently done exercise.

- Untested/untreated drinking water
- Limit sugary beverages
- Kombucha which contains alcohol
- Diet sodas (which contain artificial sweeteners that may lead to infant obesity)
- Wheatgrass juice or shots (which can contain harmful bacteria or mold)
